She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Clark and Ada Lemon Clark; her son Brian Willard; and her siblings, John Willard, Wilma Nichols, Olive Jane Smith and Lilly Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Willard of Brockport, Crystal Fye (Buddy) of DuBois and Scott P. Willard (Melissa Seese) of DuBois; her brother Harry Clark of DuBois; her grandchildren, Lilly Smith, Crystal Fye, Holly Territo, Felicity Fye, Cierra Bush, Clarenc Fye III and Jacob Keyser; her great grandchildren, Shelby Smith, Jada Smith, Jayce Michalski, Nicholas Zimmerman, Ariella Scott, Liam Michalski, Asher Fye, Jonah Michalski and Kimberly Smith; Kevin Willard of Olean, NY. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
