She is survived by: her sons, Scott Madeira (Jean) of Cranberry Twp, PA and Kip Madeira (Krista Perez) of Harrison City, PA; her grandsons, Nick Madeira (Megan), John Madeira (Shelbie) and Chris Madeira (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Mica and Miller Madeira; and her nephew Mark Madeira (Brooke).
