He is survived by: his wife Debra Rushbrook (Anderson); his sister Connie Vloedman (Andy) of Weatherford, OK; his nieces, Mandy Dollarhide (Eddie) and Jessica LeVick (Matt); his great-nephews, Karsen Dollarhide, Levi LeVick and Luke LeVick; his great-niece Lexi Lee; and his brother-in-law Randy Anderson (Gloria).
