She is survived by: her parents, Zachary Dazet and Jasmine Johnson Dazet; her sister Piper; her grandparents, John Dazet of Big Run, PA, Matthew Nagele (Karen) of Clearfield, PA, Corey Johnson of North Dakota and Kari Fields of Bradford, PA; and her great-grandparents, Ruth Nagele of Brockport, PA., Bud of Brockport, PA., Joyce Fields of Brockport, PA., Bill of Brockport, PA. and Sheila Johnson of Brockport, PA..
