He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Paula (Breindel); children: Stephanie Clifford, Jacqueline Higgins (Rick Krise) and Brett (Anne) Sorg; grandchildren: Thomas, Ashley, Zachary and Marley; parents: Martin Sorg and Martha (Wolfe) Sorg; sisters: Mary Jane Ruth and Florence Peterson; sister-in-law: Bonnie Sorg; son-in-law: Jeffrey Clifford; siblings: Verna, Joseph, Dennis and Peggie; brothers-in-law: Arthur Ruth and Thomas Peterson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ralph M. Geer Funeral Home (12045 Bennetts Valley Hwy, Penfield, PA 15849). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (17764 Bennetts Valley Hwy, Force, PA 15841).
