It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Veronica Brown in Penn, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sadowski and Mary Sadowski (Fisherowski); her husband Leo A. Brown; her siblings, Raymond, Elizabeth and Pauline; and her siblings-in-law, Connie Sadowski, Dennis "Pete" Klaiber and George Chiodo.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Gerg (Pat) of Weedville, Cathy Meraglia (Edward) of Force, Cindy Rucinski (James) of Penfield, Leona Gregg (Eddie) of Washington, PA, Ellen Morris (Rodney) of DuBois and Donald Brown (Stephanie) of Penfield; and her siblings, Joseph Sadowski of Penfield, Antoinette "Toni" Klaiber of Weedville and Theresa "Terri" Chiodo of Force. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ralph M. Geer Funeral Home (12045 Bennetts Valley Hwy, Penfield, PA 15849). A vigil service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (17764 Bennetts Valley Hwy, Force, PA 15841).
