He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Campbell and Theresa Campbell. He is survived by : his friends, Pat, Debbie Frain and Neal Tracy; his children, Ryan (Marilin), Emily (Kris) and Amy (Bill); and his granddaughters, Rebecca Emily, Isabella Marie and Sophia Juliet.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home (2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, PA 19056).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in Hugh's honor to Shamrock Reigns, who provide rehabilitation for Veteran's & first responders through equestrian therapy.
