She is survived by: her husband Brian O'Grady; her children, Jonathan O'Grady of Souderton, Steven O'Grady of Quakertown, Jason O'Grady of Nazareth and Jaimie Hummel (O'Grady) of Pennsburg; her grandchildren, Michelle Frank (O'Grady), Ryan O'Grady, Krista O'Grady and Austin Hummel; and her great grandchildren, Grayson and Cody Frank.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Angela's memory to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Cardiac Care Center.
