She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph L. Ondra; and her parents, Charles Shank and Ethel Shank (Westover). She is survived by: her children, Nancy Ondra and Timothy Ondra; her grandchildren, Ashley Ondra and Andrew Ondra; and her siblings, Charles Shank and Jean Lytle.
