He is survived by: his granddaughter Alyssa Szalwinski; his siblings, Alfreda Adiletto, Alice Szalwinska and Stephen Szalwinski (Joan Ann); and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Szalwinski and Edward Webb. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
His love for life was evident in his many cherished friendships and his generous spirit, often marked by his willingness to lend a helping hand or make a donation to those in need.
