He is survived by: his wife Sherry Fasolka; his children, Michael John Fasolka (Jill Conover) of Rockville, MD and Sarah Fasolka-Erk (David) of Mount Joy, PA; his grandchildren, Grace Erk-Magargee (Timothy) of King, Richard Erk of Mount Joy, PA and Claire Erk-Becker (Seán) of Columba, PA.; his sister Mary Karen Fasolka of Kulpmont, PA; his niece Megan Fasolka of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; his sister Sister Mary; and his close friend Carl Soderberg of Spinnerstown, PA..
Michael was a true researcher at heart, and made significant contributions to the advancement of industrial processes during his tenure with Air Products and Chemicals in Trexlertown, PA.
