It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Toni Marie O'Brien (Pennsburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anthony Altier and Margaret Altier; her husband David; her children, Daniel O'Brien (Emily), Timothy O'Brien (Emily Talbot), Stephen O'Brien (Rucha Karnik) and Stephanie O'Brien; her grandchildren, Connor James O'Brien, Taya Marie Asberry, Cleona Pearl O'Brien, Desmond Cole O'Brien, Clementine Maze O'Brien, Darcy Kate O'Brien and Sayali Karnik O'Brien; and her siblings, John Altier (Jan) and Mary Deibel (Paul). She was also cherished by extended family and friends.

After nearly three years of separation caused by the pandemic, she finally had the opportunity to meet her youngest grandchild, Sayali, this past October.
