He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Houseknecht and Viola Confer (Wishard); his stepfather Grover Haynes; and his granddaughter Emily Budman. He is survived by: his children, Leslie Kepner (Timothy) of Hughesville, Stephanie Budman (Stephen) of Muncy and Jeffrey Haynes (Wendy) of Bel Air, MD; his grandchildren, Kyle Kepner, Alexis Strouse, Korbin Kepner, Gina Budman, Emma Haynes and Sean Budman; his great grandchildren, Nova, Remi, Sage and Ozzy; and his sister Donna Bieber (Fred) of Turbotville. He is also survived by many close friends and classmates.
