He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Perry and Evelyn Perry (Porter); and his wife Ruth E. Perry. He is survived by: his children, Douglas E. (Patricia) and Kim L. Wilbourn (Perry) of Millersville; his grandchildren, Nicole Wilbourn, Christopher Wilbourn, Thad Perry and Ryan Perry; his great grandchildren, Madison, Kendyl, Myra, Fiona and Ayden Perry; and his sisters, Patricia Weirich of Bloomsburg and Barbara Detweiler (Steve) of Akron.
