She was predeceased by: her parents, William L., Jr. and Anna Steckler Cauler; and her siblings, William, III, Patrick, Thomas, James, Eddie Cauler, Emma Bussel, Mary Sage and Barbara Arnold.

She is survived by: her husband Roy A. "Jim" Neff; her children, Daniel R. (Colleen (Sue) Neff) of Pequea and Yvonne M. Poulos; her close friend Thomas Matisak of Mountville; her grandchildren, Justin, Heather, Christine, Nathan and Cassandra; her great grandchildren, Isabel, Hailey and Kaia; and her sisters, Anna Sellers of Lancaster, Jane Wissler of Quarryville, Louise Stevens of Willow Street and Carolyn (Rodney Best) of Willow Street.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Melanie B Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services (3225 Main St, Conestoga, PA 17516). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Melanie B. Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services (3225 Main St, Conestoga, PA 17516).
