He is survived by: his wife Jean Lewis (Hendricks); his daughters, Alicia Lewis of Dublin, PA and Nicole Lewis of Perkasie, PA.; his siblings, Robert of Pittston, Cameron, Chandler of Fl, Judith Gingrich, Rebecca Dill of Wayne, PA and Sarah Lewis of Asheville, NC.; and his pet Howie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
