He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tempesta and Mary Tempesta (Smedile); and his sister Lucy Colavita. He is survived by: his children, Sheri Baringer and David Tempesta (Jacob); his grandchildren, Carly Baringer and Kelsey Buchanan; his siblings, Mary Serrill (Paul) and Carmen Tempesta (Sue); and his great grandchildren, Aly, Aubri, Joey and Olivia.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dominick's memory can be made to the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation (DRI).
