She was predeceased by: her husband Robert N. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Alan (Laura), Thomas, Christine Smith (Barry L.) and Susan Matta (Bruce Matta). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
