He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Eva Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sara (Miller); his children, Michele Heath (Jim) and Mark Smith (Melissa); and his brother Leon Smith (Diane). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, one nephew, 3 great grandchildren.
