He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Perks and Edith Perks (Latham); and his brother Graham Perks (Marie). He is survived by: his wife Marcy Perks; his child Ashley Thomas (Shane); his sisters, Brenda Green (John), Kathleen Powell (late Roger), Elaine Broxton (David) and Sheila Owen (Brian); and his grandchildren, Chelsea and Liam Thomas.
