It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline R. Palmer of Perkasie, Pennsylvania, born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Raymond and Margret Susan Hickman, Jr. (Ruppert). She is survived by: her close friend Dolores M. Kramer.
