She was predeceased by: her husband Peter A. Belfatto; and her parents, Edward C. Kincaid and Esther Kincaid (Rosenblum). She is survived by: her son Franklin Rapp Dyer (Sheila) of Hilltown, PA; her grandchildren, Phillip and Lauren; her great grandchild Brooklyn; her brother Jack Kincaid of Albuquerque, NM; and her half-brother Samuel Weiner of Philadelphia.
