She was predeceased by: her husband Charles H. Ramsey; her parents, Joel Benner and Estelle Benner (Barndt); and her sister Eleanor Landis. She is survived by: her children, Scott C. Ramsey (DonnaLee) of Souderton, PA, Brenda J. Finley (Rockwell) of Harleysville, PA and Todd J. Ramsey (Sonia) of State College, PA; her grandchildren, Breana Reilly (Michael), Joel Finley and Erin Slone (Jeremy); and her brother Joel Benner (Joan) of Sellersville, PA.. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
