He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kramer and Anne Kramer (Owens); and his siblings, David, Michael Kramer and Mary Leypoldt.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bucks County SPCA, 60 Reservoir Road, Quakertown, PA 18951.
