It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Margaret Kogel (Perkasie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 14, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Kogel; and her parents, Ray W. App and Pauline S. App (Smith). She is survived by: her daughter Kristen Allis Urffer of Sellersville, PA; and her brother Leon App of Sandston, VA.
