He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl C. Winters and Diana Winters (Carter); and his sister Dawn Meshon. He is survived by: his spouse Verdie Winters (Logan); his children, Richard "Ricky" Winters of Quakertown, PA and Renee Winters of Perkasie; his grandchildren, Adalyde Winters, C. J. Winters, Logan Winters and Lacey Shirey; his sisters, Vicki Moffett of Telford, PA and Gail McCarthy (Fraz) of Bedminster, PA; and his pet Tucker.
