He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney V. Brown and Nancy F. Brown (Rutledge); and his brother Richie Brown. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Sowers (Scott) of Coopersburg, PA, Thomas Brown of Perkasie, PA, Colleen Brown of Quakertown, PA and Andrea Brown of Gilbertsville, PA; and his siblings, Victor Rutledge, Donald Brown, Michael Brown, Linda Rutledge and Debbie Brown. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
