Doris leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Doris’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Doris will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Linford Moyer and Katie Moyer (Nice); and her husband Melvin "Earl" Gahman. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Johnston (Keith) and Sharon Moyer (Tim); her grandsons, Christopher Johnston (Alisha) and Kelsey Johnston (Samantha); her great grandchild Ailee Johnston; and her sister Arlene Clemmer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Multi-Pupose Room at the Community (3250 State Rd, Sellersville, PA 18960). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions could be made out to "MCC" and mailed to Mennonite Central Committee U.S., 21 South 12th Street, PO Box 500, Akron, PA 17501-0500.
