He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Balentine (Oatman); his children, Sherri Balentine (Keith Henry), David Jr. Balentine (Kim), Shawn Balentine, Kevin Balentine and Christopher Balentine; his grandchildren, Paige, Damien, Brandon, Mariyah, Saphira and Peyton; his siblings, Ethel Toth and Robert Balentine; his daughter-in-law Bree Fouse; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Oatman (Diane Headings) and Charles Oatman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
