He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Katrinak-Reynolds of Centerville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Allison Reynolds and Reynolds; his siblings, Tom, Robert of Omaha, Daniel of Myrtle Beach, Evelyn (David Dahl), Marion Marchelletta (Leo Sarrazine) and Jane Ryan of Connellsville, Pennsylvania; his former wife Judy Gross; and his caregivers, Rick and Deb Molnar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
