He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Chaw and Violet M. Fields Chaw; and his former wife Margaret "Peggy" Lee Means Chaw. He is survived by: his wife Shelva Clark; his children, Justin Albert Chaw of Perryopolis and Melissa Hice (Doug) of Greensburg, PA; his granddaughters, Abigail and Emma Hice; his brother Scott Chaw (Kathy) of Perryopolis; his stepdaughters, Sheila Bell and Kerri Clark; and his stepgrandson Nickolas Stash. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
