It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Brown of Perryopolis, Pennsylvania, born in Smithton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Brown and Mary Josephine Brown (Danielson); and his brother John Brown. He is survived by : his wife Rosemarie Brown (Kimberly); his sons, Kevin Brown (Cindy) and James Brown (Lisa); his grandchildren, Ashley Desko (Josh), Caitlyn Luce (Michael), Melissa Kacmar (Jayson) and Matthew Brown; his great grandchildren, Evelyn Desko and Andrew Kacmar; his sister Meredith Schuler; and his sister-in-law Carole Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
