He is survived by: his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Ginger Ely of Perryopolis; his brother Robert P.; his sister-in-law Sandy Yurko of West Homestead; his grandchildren, Jacob, Tina Ely and Laken Ballenger; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Devin and Scarlett Ely.
