He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Margaret, James Hazy, Stephen Szabo, Theresa and Andrew Bilohlavek.
He is survived by : his parents, Barbara Bilohlavek of Perryopolis and Thomas Bilohlavek of Mesa, AZ; his sisters, Colette Sandzimier (Michael) of Perryopolis and Felicia Powell (V. Gregory) of Sewickley, PA; his nephews, Blake and Clayton Powell; and his cousin Dennis (Jimmy).
