He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Bilohlavek and Theresa Csizmadia Bilohlavek; and his siblings, Alexander Bilohlavek, Mary Ludwick, Theresa Berezny and Kathleen Larsen.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Bilohlavek; his children, Melissa Compliment (William) and Stephen A. Bilohlavek (Melanie); his grandchildren, Chelsey Ann Compliment, William Corey Compliment (Braelynn Neely), Allison E. Bilohlavek and Alexander S. Bilohlavek; and his siblings, Andrew J. Bilohlavek, Irene Bubnash, John Bilohlavek, Thomas Bilohlavek and Patricia Lafko (Albert). He is also survived by many loving brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, and nephews.
Paul believed in supporting his community and giving back, so in doing so the Family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Paul Stephen Bilohlavek to the Perry Twp. Volunteer Fire Department or to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
