He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Palonder and Janet McIntyre Palonder; and his brothers, Jimmy and John Palonder. He is survived by: his wife Lenora Uchelvich Palonder; his children, Heather Palonder (Steven Green) of Portland, OR and Owen Palonder (Carrie) of Fayette City; his brother Roland; his sister-in-law Barbara Palonder; his sister Lou Ann Palonder; and his grandchildren, Sawyer, Emily, Sarah Jane and Forrest.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home - Perryopolis (191 Liberty St, Perryopolis, PA 15473). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the Family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Robert Allen Palonder to the American Cancer Society.
