She is survived by: her significant other John; her children, John Michael Zayakosky (Joyce) of Middletown, DE and Rebecca Madorma (Barry) of Perryopolis, PA; her grandchildren, Jason Zayakosky, Kelly Mills, Brandon Madorma and Ashley Ellis; and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Davis, Dalton Mills, Ava Zayakosky, Piper, Lucy Madorma, Hudson and Carter Ellis.
