He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Martinak Jr. (Virginia), Veronica Casey, Mary Ann Blackburn (John) and Anna Lusk (Craig); and his siblings, Thresa Deskey, Sonny and Joe Martinak. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
