He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Krukowsky Sr. and Isabelle Albright Krukowsky. He is survived by: his wife Helen Stanish Krukowsky; his children, Tom Krukowsky Jr. (Missy) of Frostburg, MD, Kristina Krukowsky of Perryopolis and Brian Krukowsky (Kristen) of Peters Twp; his siblings, Louis Krukowsky Jr. of Smock, Mark (Patti Krukowsky), Linda (Al Volek) and Darlene (Eugene Gearing); and his grandchildren, Nadia, Sadie, Rylan and Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parzynski Funeral Home - Perryopolis (191 Liberty St, Perryopolis, PA 15473). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
