He was predeceased by : his grandparents, John, Dolores Mocharko, Sandra and Don Wilkinson. He is survived by : his parents, Karl Mocharko and Nicole Mocharko; his siblings, Michael Mocharko and Lauren Kelly; and his brother-in-law Josh Kelly. He is also survived by uncle, he also leaves behind two nephews and two nieces as well as countless friends.

Grant's family asks that any monetary donations be made to the University of Pittsburgh STAR-Center Organization. Donations can be mailed to 100 North Bellefield Ave., 6th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
