She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ulisky and Rose Ulisky of Bentleyville, PA.. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Stephenson (Gary); and her grandsons, Will and Zack Stephenson.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Peters Township Funeral Home (2828 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to P.E.O. organization that Judy held dear to her heart.
