He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel A. Cunningham and Mabel G. Harbison Cunningham; and his daughter Anna Stamp. He is survived by: his wife Roberta M. "Birdie" Teeters Cunningham; his adoptive son Terrance D. Cunningham (Michelle) of Sarver; and his children, Heather Dawn Cunningham Liggett (Michael), LaMunion of Baden, Charles J. "CJ" Cunningham Jr. (Debra) and Benedetti of Cross City, Florida. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers in law and sisters in law.
