She is survived by: her children, Rachel, Frank (Alison) of Philadelphia, PA and Michael (Melissa) of Philadelphia, PA; her husband Frank Hays; her daughter Rachael (Hector) of Hatboro, PA; her grandchildren, Audriana, Eva, Benjamin, Liam and Michael; and her siblings, James Costigan (Mary), Anthony Costigan (Susan) and Rosalie Muffler (Walter). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
