He was predeceased by: his brother Christopher Polisi. He is survived by: his parents, Sherry Polisi, and Anthony J. Polisi, Jr.; his sisters, Helena Polisi (Keith McGuire) and Gina Polisi (Zachary); and his close friend Roxy. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
