He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace A. Hayes and Leola Hayes. He is survived by: his sister Cassandra Hayes; his girlfriend Eva Burrell Hayes; and his brother-in-law Robert. He is also survived by numerous cousins, dear friends, and coworkers.
