She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton Houghton and Ethel Houghton (Price); her brother Robert Houghton; her sister-in-law Sally Houghton; and her mother-in-law Julia Sweeney.
She is survived by: her brother Joe; her husband John Stepp; her children, Suzanne Prather (Rick) and Jay Stepp (Kelly); her grandchildren, Rick (Bailey), Emily, Grace, Brooke and Jamison; her brother Joseph Houghton (Carol); and her brother-in-law Steve Stepp (Esther). She is also survived by two nieces, three nephews.
