She was predeceased by: her parents, Veronica Margaret Halligan (Dougherty) and Edward Thomas Halligan; and also Edward Lowry of Langhorne, PA.. She is survived by: her close friends, Veronica, Ted Vingless of Holland, PA, Cayden Halligan and Brett Smith-Hams of Mt. Laurel, NJ; her granddaughter Lucia; her siblings, Mary Bondura of Philadelphia, PA, Patricia Lowry of Langhorne, PA, Edward Halligan (Cecilia Rose Halligan) of Philadelphia, PA and James Halligan (Michelle Johnson-Halligan) of Philadelphia, PA.; and also, Luna and Dorothy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, her extended family, and her close friends.
