She is survived by: her husband Clarence Small; her children, Roberta Gass and Delmar Smalls; and her grandchildren, ShiKèna, Marchelle, Cilisha, Thelonious (Chubby), Billie Jo, Willie (Skip), Carl (Gunny), Rosalyn, Mamie, Stephanie, Lamont, Keisha, Nadrea and Tiffany.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 8:45 AM to 10:00 AM at the Zion AME Church (1600 S 21st St, Philadelphia, PA 19145). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Glenwood Memorial Park (2321 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008).
