He was predeceased by: his wife Maryanne Bailer; his daughter Debra Bailer; and his sister Margaret Mahadas. He is survived by: his children, Charles W. Bailer, Jr., Susan Unger (Gregory), Donna D'Ambrosio (Christopher), Daniel Bailer (Cindy) and Michael Bailer. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
