He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Carnation. He is survived by: his brothers, James Carnation III (Dottie) and Robert Carnation Sr. (Cathy); his children, Daniel R. Carnation Jr. (Dawn), Susan Lin Renz (Rob) and Cheryl C. Sprague (Phil); his grandchildren, Justin Loutfy (Andrea), Ryan Carnation, Kayla Carnation, Jamie Renz, Samantha Gendle (Michael), Jocelyn Sprague, Alyssa Sprague and Devon Dipinto (Dominic); and his great grandchildren, Adrienne Loutfy, Julia Loutfy, Brock Gendle, Logan Dipinto and Lincoln Dipinto.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mannal Funeral Home (6925 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19135). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
